Dump Bush —
About This Site

"Experience hath shewn that even under the best forms of government those entrusted with power have, in time, and by slow operations, perverted it into tyranny." -- Thomas Jefferson

In the months following his bloodless coup, Bush surrounded himself with his father's old guard. He and his team immediately began to change every facet of federal law. As if they realized there would only be one term, this crew has been very, very busy. At first, it was massive tax cuts to benefit friends and contributors -- which instantly wiped out budget surpluses.

Rest assured that sites like these are now subject to survellience and visitors like you may well be tracked. Sounds paranoid, doesn't it? Not really, not when you consider Asscroft's (sic) TIPS program and Admiral Poindexter's TIA plans. Perhaps Bush is just "a good man doing a good job" but he is surrounded by zealots who are prepared to change everything about life in America. Ironically, we will destroy our own way of life and buy no more security in the process.

Why I Created this Website

"The American public is sick and tired of him trying to use patriotism to push through an ultra-right-wing agenda." Terry McAuliffe, the chairman of the Democratic National Committee

I sincerely believe that George Bush is the worst president of the last 100 years. Worse even than the evil Dick Nixon? While Nixon nearly destroyed the presidency, he did not attempt to destroy the Constitution. While Nixon was surrounded by evil lackeys who would do anything -- even burn the Constitution -- for him, he ironically proved that the system works and the nation can weather a constitutional crisis. George Bush, on the other hand, is showing just what you can get away with and how much damage can be done in a short time. Even Ronald Reagan didn't attempt as much change in 8 years as Bush has in 2 years -- and Raygun had much more popular support. Bush has treated his coup as a mandate to completely restructure all aspects of the federal government. He must be turned out in 2004.

I created this site to document some of what Bush is doing to America and to let others know that one can vehemently disagree with the President but remain loyal to the principles of the United States.

What You Can Do -- if you agree or don't

If you oppose Bush, you are not alone. Speak out. Write letters to the editor; write letters and email and call your federal representatives. Tell everyone that Bush must exercise some restraint in his sweeping changes.

Are you registered to vote? Do you know anyone who is not registered or doesn't vote? Everyone must vote in 2004!

If you disagree with me, I imagine your blood started boiling some time back. Start your own website praising the President, even condemning the traitors. I am also interested in intelligent correspondence. mjh
