UNM Spring 2005 Security Day Event 3-30-05

Well the time is upon us to do more education in relation to computer security and, of course, we want to reach out to as many clients as possible. Our goal is to share best known practices to non-technical computer users so this notice is not meant for IT personnel but we hope that you will spread the word. Here are some topics that will be covered.

*Scumware
*Firewalls
*OS and application updates
*Backups
*Copyright
*CIRT information resources

Not only will we be covering these topics but we'll also have food and beverages provided.

1st Session: 9:30AM - 11:00AM
2nd Session: 1:30PM - 3:00PM
Student Union Building (SUB) Santa Ana Room.
